A República Sani também proíbe o aborto em todos os casos como faz seu aliado Moreiralândia. Em 3 de novembro de 2025, Sani Ritan modificou a constituição onde o Presidente da República passou a se chamar de Líder Supremo, também foi concedido a ele o título de Guia da Nação, foi proibido o aborto e o poder de Sani Ritan se consolidou após essa mudança.
